Terms and Conditions – Square Partner Offer

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to promotional offers extended by Push Operations (a product of Push Operations Inc., herein referred to as “Push”) in association with official partners. By participating in this promotional offer, the recipient (“Customer”) agrees to the following:

1. Eligibility

This offer is valid only for new Push customers who have not previously subscribed to or used any Push services under the same business entity, ownership, or a related affiliate. The offer is applicable to one (1) business location only, unless otherwise specified in writing by Push. This offer is valid for current customers of Square.

2. Offer Scope

The offer will consist of:

• A $300 Tango gift card following the first paid invoice with Push Operations.

3. Offer Limitations

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, referral credits, or special pricing.
  
• Additional fees may apply for services such as custom configurations, multi-location support, advanced reporting, or third-party integrations beyond approved partners.
  
• The offer is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other credits.

4. Exclusions

Push reserves the right to disqualify any applicant who:

• Attempts to create multiple accounts or businesses to access multiple offers;
  
• Has previously received a promotional offer from Push;
  
• Fails to comply with Push’s terms of service or onboarding requirements;
  
• Is part of a multi-location enterprise or franchise network unless otherwise approved in writing.
• Is not an active user of Square, or in good standing.
  
  

5. Modification and Termination

Push reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

• Modify these Terms at any time;
  
• Terminate or suspend the offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice;
  
• Determine offer eligibility and compliance.

Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting or communication. Continued use of the services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Customer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of such jurisdiction.

7. Miscellaneous

• Participation in this offer is subject to Push’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  
• Push reserves the right to audit Customer activity to ensure compliance with these Terms.
