The Role:

We’re looking for an Education Specialist to join our growing Education & Enablement team! In this role, you will play a key part in creating, maintaining, and delivering high-quality product education for both internal teams and customers, and you will be responsible for building training content, supporting onboarding learning journeys, documenting product workflows, and ensuring consistent, accurate knowledge across the organization. This role is central to helping Push scale expertise across Product, Support, CX, Sales, and our customer base.

This role will be based in our Guadalajara, Mexico office.

Responsibilities: 

  • Create clear, accurate, and engaging education content including product guides, tutorials, process documentation, videos, and interactive modules.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, CX, and Implementation teams to ensure documentation and learning materials reflect current product functionality and best practices.
  • Support the rollout of internal trainings for new hires and ongoing upskilling programs across multiple departments.
  • Maintain and enhance the knowledge base, ensuring content is structured for both human learning and AI-powered retrieval.
  • Translate complex product workflows into simple, digestible educational assets.
  • Contribute to customer education programs, including onboarding pathways, role-based learning journeys, and self-serve training materials.
  • Assist in measuring the effectiveness of education programs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the Head of Education in executing the broader education strategy across the company.

Requirements

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience in product education, instructional design, technical writing, training, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience working with SaaS products or technical systems.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively in a remote-first environment.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Bonus Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience building content for AI-native knowledge systems or structured knowledge bases.
  • Background in payroll, HRIS, workforce management, or related technology.
  • Experience with LMS tools, documentation platforms, or content design software.
  • Video creation or light multimedia skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong writing ability in both languages.
